NEUROLOGIC PHYSICAL THERAPY

Skilled physical therapy for individuals with concussion, dizziness, headache, traumatic brain injury, amputation, spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, and other neurologic impairments and diseases. The plan of care will begin with a 60-minute initial evaluation and have 1+ 60 minute follow up visits, based on patient goals and impairment.


 

SPORTS & ORTHOPEDIC PHYSICAL THERAPY

Skilled physical therapy for athletes of any kind - adaptive athletes, weekend warriors, high school athletes and more. Whether you are experiencing pain, recovering from surgery, preparing for or avoiding surgery - we will help you improve your functional mobility and come back stronger. The plan of care will begin with a 60-minute initial evaluation and have 1+ 60 minute follow up visits, based on patient goals and impairment.

 

 

1:1 ADAPTIVE FITNESS & PERFORMANCE TRAINING

In-person, 1:1 training and coaching for individuals with and without disabilities. Adaptive fitness training is for the person looking to improve overall strength and functional mobility. Adaptive performance training is specifically for athletes looking to improve their skill, fitness, and performance in a particular sport or activity. We understand the specific physiological demands of adaptive sports and daily activity for people with disabilities, and we will develop training to help you meet your goals.

  • Initial session for goal setting and assessing fitness, strength, skill, and mobility

  • Follow up sessions specifically targeting achieving your goals

  • Additional 2-3 day weekly programming can be added so you can work out on your own at home or in a gym

GROUP ADAPTIVE OR INCLUSIVE TRAINING

Team packages available with a minimum of 3 per group.

Adaptive group training is for a group of individuals with disabilities, whether it’s a group of friends from a support group or team. Inclusive training is for a group of both individuals with and without disabilities - like a group of friends, families wanting to to train together or companies looking to support wellness for all their employees.

  • Initial individual onboarding prior to group session

  • Additional 2-3 day weekly programming can be added so you can work out on your own at home or in a gym

  • After initial onboarding, drop-ins on public scheduled groups on our calendar are welcome!


 

REMOTE ADAPTIVE PROGRAMMING

Don’t live in Cincinnati? No problem! We can work with you to create programming specific to your current functional abilities that will help you achieve your goals, whether you play a competitive sport or just want to improve your fitness.

  • Initial video call to discuss goals and assess functional mobility

  • A 4-week cycle of training created specifically for you to complete at home or in your local gym that includes 2-3 days of strength & conditioning programming

  • Bi-weekly email check in to adjust programming as needed
